Ingredients:
5/6 Liters of Water
50 Fig Leaves
5 kg of Rock Sugar

Steps:
Step 1: Thoroughly wash fig leaves and remove the stem.
Step 2: Start to boil 5 to 6 Liters of Water, when water is boiling add Fig leaves let it simmer for 3 hours.
Step 3: Remove Figleaves and gradually add rock Sugar.
Step 4: Let it simmer until it thickens. (approximately another 3 hours)

Steps:
Step 1: Wash, peel, and grate winter melon in a wire grater to get long shreds. Squeeze winter melon in a cloth to remove excess juice.
Step 2: Blanch winter melon (scald and drain) and squeeze again, but reserve juice this time
Step 3: Bring to boil in a pan and gradually add fig tree leaves Syrup and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Let it simmer until it gets Jam texture.
