Fettuccine with Portuguese Sardines


意大利細麵條配葡萄牙沙丁魚
Ingredientes:
8 Oz Pasta
6 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Onion Minced
1/4 Cup Garlic Mix
1/4 Cup Chopped Black Olive
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Chilli
1 Can Portuguese Sardines Mashed
3 Tablespoon Capers
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Lemon zest
3 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
材料 :
8 oz 意大利面
6湯匙 橄欖油

1/4杯 蒜粉
1/4杯 黑橄欖 (切碎)

1罐 葡萄牙沙丁魚 (搗碎)

2湯匙 檸檬汁
1茶匙 檸檬皮
3湯匙 歐芹 (切碎)
1. Cook pasta and drain. Reserve.
2. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once the olive oil is hot, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
3. Add crushed red chili, olive, capers, and the sardines to the pan. Saute for about 2 minutes until warmed through.
4. When the sardines begin to turn golden, add the cooked pasta. Toss pasta to evenly coat with sauce, mixing well with the ingredients.
5. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley to taste.
1 沸水煮意大利面,瀝乾備用。
2.把橄欖油倒入平底深鍋,中火加熱。加入洋蔥和大蒜煮至透明。
3.將碎紅辣椒,橄欖,酸豆和沙丁魚加入鍋中,炒約2分鐘,徹底加熱。
