燒雞 適量
燒肉 適量
燒鴨 適量
羊腿 適量
吉列豬扒 適量
燒鴨汁 一碗

蕃茄醬 1勺 
喼汁 1茶匙 
黃芥辣 1湯匙
咖喱粉 1茶匙
黃薑粉 1湯匙
蒜頭 適量
蕎頭 適量
生姜 適量
威士忌 少量

1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Yellow Mustard 1 tablespoon
Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1 tablespoon


Step 1: Drain the oil in the pan, add the onion (shallot) for flavor, then the curry powder and turmeric. After mix them well add the tomato sauce.

After all the ingredients mix well, add some water;

Step 2: Add the pre-cooked potatoes and place the diced pork bread, mutton leg, roast beef, roast duck and roast chicken last;

(this step is necessary for the meat to absorbs the sauce)

Step 3: Cook the mixture of ginger, shallot, and roasted duck sauce, add the yellow mustard and wait about 5 minutes before stirring. By now the ingredients are almost cooked;

Step 4: Use a spatula to remove the ingredients from the bottom of the pan and finally add some Worcestershire sauce and a small dose of whiskey to complete the sauce.
