焗肉餅

Ingredients: (4 serves) 

2.5 pounds Minced Pork 
2 bread 
10 pieces Bacon 
1 Portuguese sausage 
1 egg 
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs 
Crushed cheese 
10 olives in black water 
3 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper

免治豬肉 2.5 磅
麵包 2個
煙肉 10 片
葡腸 1條
蛋 1隻
麵包糠 2湯匙
車打芝士碎
黑水欖 約 10 粒
鹽 3湯匙
白胡椒粉 1茶匙

Steps:


Remove pork and drain. Soak the bread until soft and then wring dry. Mince Portuguese sausage and black olive.

Add salt, white pepper, black olive, wet bread, and Portuguese sausage. Stir well. Mix well egg and cheese.

Layout tin foil on an ovenware. Roll the mixture into a donut shape and place on the ovenware. Put the Bacon on top. Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with Crushed cheese and breadcrumbs

Preheat the oven and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees (the
time is adjusted depending on the size of Capela)
