1/2 kilo sugar
grated Coconut Q.B.
Step 1: beat the eggs in a medium bowl until blended.
Step 2: add sugar into boiling water to create a very thick syrup.
Step 3: prepare ice water on the side, boil the water until you see many bubbles so that the egg mixture can float.
Step 4: drain the egg mixture into the sugar water, get it out immediately and cold it down in the ice water.
Step 5: move the shredded eggs from ice water to the plate, serve on the side.
Step 6: boil the shredded coconut in the sugar water until it absorbs enough sugar water.
Step 7: Place the shredded coconut on the plate with the shredded eggs on top. Lastly, put the raspberry on top and it’s ready to serve.
